    Beijing Qingchang has achieved breakthrough innovation through technological integration, combining the product development experience of air-insulated switchgear and gas-insulated switchgear to develop the QGG series solid insulated switchgear, which is a significant breakthrough in the field of medium voltage technology. The QGG series solid insulated switchgear has been recognized as a high-tech achievement by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, featuring a high level of operational safety. As a core unit of the distribution network, it is applied in the distribution network. It uses a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber for arc extinction, and the high-voltage live parts are molded with solid insulating materials (epoxy resin materials) with excellent insulating properties, eliminating the gas chamber with a pressure of 0.03Mpa, achieving full insulation, full sealing, and maintenance-free.

    The QGG series solid insulated switchgear is equipped with an intelligent online monitoring system that monitors the status of key parts inside the switchgear in real-time, obtains status parameters, and automatically assesses the likelihood of faults occurring, providing strong assurance for the normal operation of the switchgear and the entire distribution line.

    After years of dedicated research and development, the solid insulated switchgear has formed the IV series products, each series having its own characteristics. The QGG series solid insulated switchgear, due to its significant technical advantages, is widely adopted by many provincial power grid companies in China and is also exported overseas.
