The QLW type box-type switching station (switch) is mainly used in 10kV cable ring network power supply or terminal power supply systems, serving to receive and distribute electrical energy. This product can be configured with our company's SF6 gas-insulated, solid insulated, environmentally friendly gas-insulated, and air-insulated ring network cabinets, allowing for different combinations of schemes to meet various wiring methods; the shell can be made of materials such as stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, GRC cement, SMC, and anti-corrosion wooden strips for landscape-style enclosures.

Its simple, convenient, and flexible connection combination method, along with its economical, reliable, and durable structural characteristics, makes it the preferred equipment for cable-based distribution network projects.

1. The enclosure material is made of surface spray-coated aluminum-zinc steel plate or stainless steel plate, with a thickness of no less than 1.5mm, which has strong corrosion resistance. Except for the main cabinet frame, other enclosure parts are sheet components, lightweight, and aesthetically pleasing.
2. The surface of the enclosure has no fasteners for disassembly, providing good anti-theft properties. The enclosure has an IP3X protection level and good rain resistance.
3. The top cover is a double-layer structure with an air interlayer and is equipped with ventilation openings: the air intake is located on the surface panel of the enclosure and has a removable dust filter; the air outlet is located at the top of the enclosure and is hidden under the eaves; this creates an upward air convection, giving the enclosure good thermal insulation and ventilation effects; the top cover has a drainage slope of 3 degrees.
4. The enclosure has a sealed floor for cable entry, preventing moisture from the cable trench from entering the enclosure.
