Our company makes the following commitments regarding the after-sale service provided:

  1) Feedback tracking service for the transportation, packaging quality, operational quality, and technical performance of products that have been shipped.

  2) Providing users with free after-sale service and consultation.

  3) Soliciting users' rational suggestions for product improvement and design.

  4) Conducting market demand surveys and forecasts, proposing performance plans for the next generation of updated products.

  5) Expanding the user base and establishing a network of new and old customers through the effective operation of a systematic and thoughtful after-sale service system.

  6) Compiling annual sales service work summaries and accounts, storing them in contract files for reference according to the characteristics of each user.

  7) During the warranty period, if damage occurs due to manufacturing quality issues or if normal operation cannot be performed, we will repair or replace parts for the buyer free of charge and bear the corresponding economic responsibility.

  8) We still provide free technical services outside the warranty period, with a lifetime warranty, only charging for component material costs.

  9) After-sale service time commitment: Upon receiving a user's Tel notification, we guarantee a response within 12 hours and arrival on-site within 24 hours (except for remote areas).

  10) Commitment to provide training services: Before the equipment leaves the factory, during production, or after delivery, we will provide free training for the buyer's operation and maintenance personnel and offer convenience.
