The 24kV gas-insulated switchgear is one of the QLG series ring main units, independently developed and produced by our company. This type of gas-insulated switchgear uses SF6 gas as the insulation and interruption medium. The load switch, vacuum circuit breaker, and live busbar are all sealed in a closed stainless steel container filled with a certain pressure. The 24kV external part uses American/European standard type bushings to connect with the incoming and outgoing cables through cable joints, forming a fully insulated and fully enclosed structure, effectively flood-proof and dirt-resistant, suitable for various harsh environments. It is widely used in 24kV ring network or terminal power supply systems.
The 24kV gas-insulated switchgear, like other QLG series gas-insulated switchgear, adopts excellent SF6.Insulating gas, greatly improving insulation performance.The compact structure makes it occupy a small area, which is very beneficial for miniaturization development. By using SF6 gas, the arc-extinguishing performance of the ring main unit is effectively improved. Our gas-insulated switchgear adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the core components of the switch are not affected by the external environment, greatly enriching the application scenarios of this type of ring network; the use of a maintenance-free product structure also greatly reduces maintenance work and lowers maintenance costs.
