The QLG series 40.5kV ring main unit, also known as the 35kV gas-insulated switchgear, is independently developed and produced by our company as SF6 gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear. This equipment uses SF6 gas as the insulating medium and SF6 gas or vacuum as the arc-extinguishing medium. The load switch, circuit breaker, and live busbar are all sealed within a stainless steel enclosure filled with a certain pressure. The external structure uses bushings to connect with incoming and outgoing cables, forming a fully insulated and fully enclosed structure, effectively preventing flooding and resisting pollution, making it suitable for various harsh environments, ensuring operational reliability and personal safety.
The 35kV gas-insulated switchgear uses high-performance SF6 insulating gas, greatly improving insulation performance. Its compact design results in a small footprint, which is very beneficial for miniaturization development. By using SF6 gas, the electrical performance of the ring main unit is effectively enhanced. Additionally, the fully enclosed structure protects the core components of the switch from external environmental influences, greatly enriching the usage scenarios of this type of ring main unit; the maintenance-free product structure also significantly reduces maintenance work and lowers maintenance costs.

Replacing air insulation with SF6 gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear, with all units set within the cabinet, significantly reduces the overall dimensions.

The conductive parts of the main circuit are sealed in SF6 gas, and the high-voltage live conductors are enclosed, unaffected by changes in external environmental conditions, allowing use in harsh environments, ensuring long-term safe operation of the equipment, high reliability, and no risk of electric shock or fire.

Each high-voltage component is either gas-sealed or metal-enclosed, with no rust or corrosion on parts, resulting in minimal maintenance work; simultaneously, the use of vacuum circuit breakers with long electrical life and stable performance achieves maintenance-free operation.
