On May 25, 2019, the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Beijing Qingchang Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. was grandly held at the Huairou production base. The company's chairman Fan Jingsheng, general manager Zhang Huanfen, directors Zhao Wensheng, Chen Zhaojiang, and Song Guolin attended the meeting.
