Adjustment of the company's management system
In May 2013, the company underwent a management system adjustment, further separating the owners and the management. The founding shareholder team gradually withdrew from the management level, while a group of young and capable technical and operational backbones, after years of training and development, stepped into management positions and took on important roles, laying the foundation for the company to further advance towards a modern enterprise management system.
