Beijing Qingchang attended the launch meeting and implementation plan demonstration meeting of the national key R&D program "Theoretical and Methodological Design of Collaborative Data Space for Multi-Value Chains in Manufacturing Industry".
On April 13, Zhang Huanfen, General Manager of Beijing Qingchang Electric Power, attended the project launch meeting and implementation plan demonstration meeting for the national key R&D program "Design Theory and Methods for Collaborative Data Space of Multi-Value Chains in Manufacturing" held at North China Electric Power University. This project is part of the Ministry of Science and Technology's key special project on "Network Collaborative Manufacturing and Intelligent Factories," aiming to create the basic theory of collaborative data space design for multi-value chains in manufacturing, build a collaborative system for multi-value chains oriented towards manufacturing enterprises, form new business models for value chain activities, and achieve collaborative management of multiple value chains throughout the entire process of enterprises. The research of this project will produce theoretical and application results, playing an important role in leading cutting-edge research within the discipline and promoting development in the manufacturing industry.
This meeting was led by Professor Niu Dongxiao from North China Electric Power University, with joint participation from Zhejiang University, Tsinghua University, Northeast Electric Power University, and Beijing Qingchang Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. Through this project launch meeting and implementation plan demonstration meeting, the division of labor, responsibilities, implementation plans, and final collaborative achievement goals for each participating unit and personnel were clarified, which has important guiding significance for the upcoming work.
Attendees of the meeting included Bi Tianshu, Vice President of North China Electric Power University, Niu Dongxiao, the project leader and Changjiang Scholar, Chen Zhili, Director of the High-Tech Research and Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Zhang Mengyue, the special supervisor, Ye Haixiang, project supervisor of the Ministry of Education's Science and Technology Department, Zhao Weidong, project responsibility expert and professor at Tongji University, Chen Wenhua, professor at Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, Huang Yongyou, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Mechatronics Technology Application Association, researcher Jing Shikai from Beijing Shenzhou Aerospace Software Technology Co., Ltd., all members of the project expert group, project leaders Liu Da, Wang Hongwei, Han Jieping, and over 50 others including Zhang Huanfen, General Manager of Beijing Qingchang Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd.
At the meeting, our General Manager Zhang Huanfen provided a detailed introduction of the company to the leaders and experts. He promised that our company, as the implementing enterprise of this project, will actively communicate and share data with all project personnel, provide practical support, and do our utmost to meet the research needs of all participating units and experts in the subsequent project implementation.
At the same time, our company will also absorb advanced management concepts and methods from this project, laying a solid scientific theoretical foundation for the intelligent, informational, and automated development of the enterprise, thereby assisting Beijing Qingchang in its future sustainable development and achieving a leap in growth.
