Culture literacy training
In order to improve the corporate culture literacy of managers, the "Corporate Manager Execution Ability Training" was successfully held on February 19, 2014, in the conference room of the Huairou Yanqi Development Zone production base, hosted by the company's CEO, Ms. Zhang Huanfen. The manager of the Comprehensive Division, Gong Baohua, the manager of the Manufacturing Department, Liu Kangjian, and some senior management personnel attended the training meeting.
This training provided in-depth explanations on issues such as the role positioning of management personnel, handling superior-subordinate relationships, efficient implementation of execution capabilities, correct allocation and guidance of work, and how to surpass oneself. All participants benefited greatly, and the meeting was a complete success.
